Get to Know GCLO in 2022 – #ThisIsGCLO

Get to know more about GCLO in 2022 with our  #ThisIsGCLO campaign. One of our goals this year is to increase awareness of GCLO’s programs, resources, and services through connecting GCLO portfolios and introducing our diverse staff with the Foreign Service community. The #ThisIsGCLO campaign debuted in the GCLO Weekly newsletter and can be followed on GCLO’s Facebook page.

Meet GCLO’s Training Program – Our Newest #ThisIsGCLO Introduction

Our Training Program supports GCLO’s portfolios by designing, developing, and maintaining training materials, resources, and presentations. These resources include GCLO briefings that are offered to the many U.S. government agencies that send personnel overseas to serve under Chief of Mission, as well as longer courses such as the week-long regional Community Liaison Office (CLO) trainings. The GCLO training specialist also assists with producing and creating content on various platforms to allow the community to engage with GCLO subject matter experts such as in the recent Ask GCLO! series. Developing training materials and resources helps GCLO’s subject matter experts provide support to all members of our diverse Foreign Service community.

To meet GCLO’s Training Program, look for our latest #ThisIsGCLO post on GCLO’s Facebook page.
